Payment is required in full at the time of the appointment. At this time, direct billing is not offered. We accept credit, cash and electronic transfer. Insurance receipts are provided electronically after payment is received. A surcharge of $20 is added to any location greater than 30km from our headquarters located in Bells Corners.
